Children's Photo Day 2015

Perfect for those who are between 8 and 12 years!
We celebrate the Children's Photo Day each year the last Sunday in April.

Have you ever heard about a pinhole camera? Would you like to develop images in an darkroom?

The Children's Photo Day is organized the same day as Worlwide Pinhole Day, at the last Sunday in April.

Enthusiasts all over the world celebrates with the simplest camera in the world; a box with a tiny hole.

We invite you inside the darkroom, and to paricipate in other photo-fun activities.

You'll find images from the last Children's Photo Day here

What is there to explore?

  • Photographing with a paintcan and developing in the darkroom
  • Ministudio (use your own camera - selfies welcome!)
  • Sunprint workshop - make your own images with sun, water and a magical piece of paper!
  • Mini tour in the exhibition
  • Photo rebus
  • Make your own button
  • Frame workshop

NB: There is limited room at the pinhole workshop because of a small darkroom.

To enter, buy a punch card on arrival.
Punch card all activities: NOK 50,-
Punch card without the darkroom: NOK 30,-
